Delete your account

In the app (instant)

1. Open Settings → Account.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Type the confirmation phrase and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your account, passkeys, uploaded Explore characters, usage records, and all other server-side data tied to your account.

Without the app installed

Email support@noko.chat with the subject "Account deletion request" and your NokoChat nickname. Because accounts are passkey-only (we hold no email address to match you against), we may ask you to verify control of the account before deleting. Verified requests are processed within 30 days.

What deletion does not touch

• Chats on your device — conversations are stored locally, never on our servers. Uninstalling the app (or clearing its data) removes them.
• Store subscriptions — cancel Halo in your Google Play / App Store subscription settings; deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription by itself.
• Administrative audit records — kept up to 90 days per our privacy policy, then purged automatically.
